摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the burning loss at the end part by by-passing current at the end part by a method wherein conduction paths are formed on the surface of an Al substrate whose surface is treated with alumite by being alienated from each other, and, when an Ni resistance layer is provided on the substrate while superposing both end parts on the conduction paths, respectively, Ni plated layers having a sufficiently low resistance value are provided on the resistance layer at both ends. CONSTITUTION:A copper foil is adhered on the substrate 10 whose surface is treated with alumite, the conduction paths 11 of a desired shape are provided by being alienated from each other by etching, and then the Ni plated resistor layer 15 whose both ends superpose on said paths 11 is formed between said paths 11 by being positioned on the substrate 10. Next, the coated layers 19 having a sufficient lower resistance than that of the layer 15 are adhered on the superposition parts at both the ends by electroless plating. Thus, the layers 19 serving as current by-pass routes are provided at both the ends of the layer 15, and then disconnection is avoided by decreasing the resistance value of the end part most liable to burn and cut.</p>
