PURPOSE:To position a work easily, surely, and accurately, by pressing the work to positioning pins by air blown off from an air blow-off exit to position the work. CONSTITUTION:A blow-off exit 4a, through which air is blown off upward obliquely toward the middle between positioning pins 3a and 3b, and 8 vacuum attracting holes 4b are provided on a work holder 4. When air is blown off from the air blow-off exit 4a, a work 1 is floated up from the work holder 4 and is flowed toward the middle between pins 3a and 3b and is brought into contact with pins 3a-3c and is stopped. At this time, blowing-off of air is stopped simultaneously with opening of vacuum valves of vacuum attracting holes 4b to fix the work 1. Thus, the work 1 is positioned easily, surely, and accurately. |
