PURPOSE:To obtain a blended food having harmonized taste of loosening feeling of boiled crab leg and soft touch to the teeth of pasty food and providing varied texture by coating the outer periphery of boiled crab leg paste with a pasty food ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of boiled crab leg paste is coated with a pasty food ingredient (preferably ground fish meat, ground animal meat, cheese, egg, paste of soybean protein or paste made from starch of devil's- tongue). |
