PURPOSE:To aim at reducing the power consumption of a car height adjusting device by controlling the changeover of each cutoff valve only by switching bypass valves provided between the feed passage means and the discharge passage means of operating fluid. CONSTITUTION:A pump 6 is driven by an engine 6, and operating fluid is fed into a high pressure flow passage 18. When the engine speed exceeds the fixed value, the reading of signals detected by each sensor is performed. In the normal state, a solenoid valve 50 is closed, a switching valve 52 is closed, the communication between the high pressure flow passage 18 and a low pressure flow passage 32 is cut off, the pressure in the high pressure flow passage 18 is increased, cutoff valves 26, 42, 56, 70, 74, 88, 90 104 are opened, change-over control valves 28, 58, 76, 92 are changed over, and car height control actuators 1FR, 1FL, 1RR, 1RL are operated. On the other hand, if the engine is stopped, a change-over valve 52 is opened, and both high and low pressure flow passages are communicated and maintained to low pressure. The car height control can be thus performed easily only by controlling the changeover of the solenoid change-over valve 50 as well as gas leak can be prevented and power consumption can be reduced by maintaining the fluid pressure low during the stop time of the engine. |
