PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having various characteristics such as high crystallization rate and moldability with a low-temperature mold and giving a molded article having remarkably decreased burr by compounding two kinds of polyarylene sulfides having different properties at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 50-99.5wt.% of a polyarylene sulfide having a melt viscosity of 300-20,000 poise with (B) 0.5-50wt.% of a polyarylene sulfide having a melt flow rate of <=10. More preferably, the composition is produced by compounding 95-30wt.% of a composition composed of 50-99.5wt.% of the component A and 0.5-50wt.% of the component B with (C) 5-70wt.% of a fibrous and/or powdery filler (e.g. glass fiber or pigment) and (D) 0.01-10wt.%, preferably 0.1-5wt.% (based on 100wt.% of the polyarylene sulfide resin composition) of a plasticizer (e.g. tri-2- ethylhexyl trimellitate). |
