<p>PURPOSE:To prepare easily and stably a color filter having a satisfactory spectral characteristic by incorporating a specified amt. of a compd. which forms a silver complex having <=10<-5>(25 deg.C) dissociation constant into a treating soln. for stopping development. CONSTITUTION:A compd. which forms a silver complex of <=0.3mol/liter in total having <=10<-5>(25 deg.C) dissociation constant is incorporated into a treating soln. for stopping development. Thus, a color filter, for example, having a light transmittive colored parts 22 of red(R), blue(B), and green(G) formed on a light transmittive base body is prepd. By this method, a color filter having each dye density sufficient for realizing required spectral characteristic is obtd. easily and stably.</p> |
