<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the complete erasing of data when a power source is disconnected by using an area for plural words at the time of data writing, the new data are written to the area where the data are already erased, and then, erasing the old data in the other area. CONSTITUTION:When data A are written to an address 0, and an address 1 is erased, new data B are written to the address 1 where the data are already erased, and then, the contents of the address 0 are erased. Thus, when the data are written, by using the area for two words per one word, even when the power source of a device is disconnected during the writing of the new data, the data written before that can be prevented from being erased.</p> |
