PURPOSE:To rapidly, easily and accurately measure the trace component in a sample by bringing the sample derived from a living body contg. a material to be measured into mixing reaction with a conjugatable material, then separating a complex and the conjugatable material of a free type. CONSTITUTION:The sample derived from the living body contg. the material to be measured is mixed with the material which is labeled or not labeled by a labeling material and has the conjugatability with the material to be measured to effect reaction. The complex of the material to be measured and the conjugatable material and the conjugatable material of the free type are thereafter separated by high-performance liquid chromatography. The quantity of the labeling material in the complex or the quantity of the conjugatable material is measured, by which the quantity of the material to be measured in the sample is measured. |
