PURPOSE:To decrease the load of a radio control channel by trying incoming call with successively ascending to a registering position in past when the incoming call to a radio telephone set can not be executed in the latest registering position in a radio telephone system. CONSTITUTION:When the incoming call from a fixed network NW1 to a radio telephone set RT4a, for example, is detected, a line connecting equipment LCU2 refers a position information storing table PTL and selects an RCE3a, for example, of the address 1 of the RT4a. Then, the incoming call to the RT4a is instructed. The RCE3a calls the RT4a with an outgoing radio control channel and waits for a response. When any response is not given from the RT4a, the RT4a sends an incoming call no-response signal to the LCU2. Until an incoming call response signal is obtained, the LCU2 successively refers the address of the RT4a in a PTL26 and selects the RCE. Then, the instruction of the incoming call is repeated. When any response is not given even in such a step, the instruction of simultaneous incoming call is executed to all RCEs 3a-3j. Thus, all radio areas are not simultaneously used immediately and the load of the radio control channel is decreased. |
