<p>PURPOSE: To enable a user to change training power to be adjusted as he is in a posture sitting on a seat, by constituting a body training machine of a self stabilizing frame, a weight plate, a telescope, and a seat wedge type engaging mechanism. CONSTITUTION: Plural rope changing guide pulleys 40-42 are set on a self stabilizing frame 1. A weight plate 15 is guided along guide columns 16 and 17 via sleeves 13 and 14. A telescope 20 to adjust the weight power is placed vertically slidable on a lever 18. A sheet wedge type engaging mechanism 24 is placed on the frame 1. The lever 18 is formed as a U-shaped body with bent parts 43 and 44 respectively on both ends, and the bent parts 43 and 44 are rotatably supported on vertical support columns 3 and 9 via a shaft 45. As the result, a user can change the training power to be adjusted as he is sitting on a seat.</p> |
