PURPOSE:To execute drawing-up continuous casting of a tube body having uniform thickness by drawing up the pipe body while swinging solidified layer, which molten metal solidifies in a mold hole, to circumference of circle in the mold hole in the range of gap developed at between the solidified layer and the mold hole. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 9 invaded into the mold hole 11 from lower opening part in the mold hole 11 is cooled and solidified with a cooling mold 1, and the solidified layer 3 to form the pipe body P. During this, the solidified layer is shrunk and gap is developed at between the solidified layer and the mold hole 11 and even if the lower step rollers 31, 32 are rotated, the tube body 8 is swung to right direction by gap between the mold hole 11 and the solidified layer 8a as inserting the tube body 8 with the roller. Then, during rotating the rollers 31, 31 at 360 deg., the force reciprocatively swung from right to left in vertical plane containing the axial center is acted to the tube body 8. On the other hand, during rotating the upper rollers 33, 34, which the axial direction is crossed at the right angle to the lower step rollers, the tube body 8 is reciprocatively swung from right to left as the same way as the lower step rollers. Therefore, the swinging forces with the rollers at the upper and lower steps are composed and the gap between the mold hole 11 and the pipe body 8 is uniformized, to obtain the tube body 8 without any uneven thickness. |
