PURPOSE:To use a coffee can itself as an extracting vessel without opening the cover of the can by sandwiching the coffee can with a hot water injecting tank and a stand, forming an injecting port on the upper board of the can with the projection of the hot water injecting tank and forming fine holes on the bottom board of the can with the many needles of the stand. CONSTITUTION:Coffee powder 5 is packed and hermetically sealed in a coffee can 1 with volume ratio almost 30-50%. At first, a hot water injecting tank 8 is moved in a lower direction from a condition that the hot water injecting tank 8 is positioned in an upper direction and a stand 12 is positioned in a lower direction with being separated. Then, the stand 12 is moved in the upper direction and the coffee can 1 is sandwiched between the stand and tank. After that, a hot water injecting port 11 is formed on an upper board 3 of the can 1 by projection 9 of the hot water injecting tank 8. Many fine holes 14 are formed on a bottom board 4 of the can 1 by needles 13 of the stand 12. After that, the stand 12 moves downward and goes away in a horizontal direction and a coffee liquid receiving vessel 15 is arranged in the lower direction of the can 1. When hot water is put into the hot water injecting tank 8, this hot water is injected from an injecting port 10 into the can and the coffee is extracted and dripped from the fine holes 14 to the coffee liquid receiving vessel. |
