Microwave over for baking bread etc. supported on metal sheets in which the bread is baked at 204-214 degrees C for 3-12 mins. whilst being simultaneously subjected to microwave have a frequency of 915 or 2350 MHg. By combining conventional heating with microwave heating, energy requirements are reduced and output is increased.
