The cement mortar mixer, e.g. for carrying out rapid repairs on areas or structures of concrete, consists of a mixing chamber (5) fed by a hopper (4) which is capable of taking the ingredients of the mixture contained in large paper sacks, and receiving water from a high-output pump through a meter (2). After the mixing process the mortar is delivered to a storage chamber (8) with agitators (8) until required for use.
