PURPOSE:To improve the brake stability by setting the height position of a steering wheel installation part installed on one of two divided wheel supporting members lower than the center of swing in the case when the other of the wheel supporting members having the steering wheel installation part is applied with a brake moment. CONSTITUTION:A knuckle 1 as wheel supporting member is divided into the upper and lower knuckles 1A and 1B. While, the outer edge parts in the vehicle width direction of the upper and lower suspension arms 2 and 3 are connected with the upper and lower edge parts of the upper and lower knuckles 1A and 1B through ball joints 7 and 8. The upper and lower knuckles 1A and 1B are joined each other by a joint means 14. In this case, a spindle 9 for installing a steering wheel 10 is projectingly installed at the lower edge part of the upper part knuckle 1A. The height position of the spindle 9 of the upper knuckle 1A is set to the position lower than the ball joint 7 which forms the center of swing when the upper knuckles 1A is applied with a brake moment.
