PURPOSE:To give a credit call service without a special register operation by determining the mobile telephone, to which a mobile telephone number is given, as the charging object of the credit service in accordance with this mobile telephone number and a password number which a calling subscriber sends. CONSTITUTION:When a special number discriminating means 100 discriminates the special number which is sent from a calling subscriber 5 and is preliminarily determined for mobile telephone credit call a number sending request means 200 request said subscriber 5 to send a mobile telephone number(MDN), a password number(CDN), and a connection destination telephone number(DDN). A charging object determining means 300 determines the mobile telephone, to which said MDN is given, as the charging object of the credit call in accordance with the MDN and the CDN sent from the subscriber 5. A credit charging means 500 charges the charge for the service of the call, which is connected by a connection setting means 400, to said mobile telephone. Consequently, the credit call with the mobile telephone as the charging object is executed without a special register operation. |
