PURPOSE:To enable a complete non-adjustment by forming a stator from one beltlike plate having a circular hole and by taking a constituting means for forming a magnetic field generator in said circular hole. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor is composed of a coil core 9 made of a high permeability material having a coil 10, a stator 11 engaging with said core 9 and having a circular magnetic field generator 12 in the intermediate part, and a two-pole rotor 13. Then, a circular hole magnetic field generator is provided in a high permeability material made of one beltlike plate so that one stator 11 is formed. The shape of said magnetic field generator is such that two differences x in level to determine the optimum stationary position of said rotor 13 are provided point symmetrically about a rotor shaft and a difference in notch level is provided to form the narrowest part. Thus, the set control of about 5/100mm tolerance of the difference x in level of the stator magnetic field generator is workable to such a degree that said tolerance can be neglected, because an integral stator is worked by press working. |
