PURPOSE: To reduce the change in a tomography image based on the change in the density of an object by applying a specific line image of a section from many directions. CONSTITUTION: A pencil beam 36 from a pencil light source consisting of an X-ray source 30, a chopper wheel 32, a motor 38, and a slit opening 37 is applied to an object 20. Only a reflection ray that is scattered by the object 20 and is obtained from the volume element of the object 20 along a light path by line collimator elements 51 and 52 is passed and is detected by ray detection elements 41 and 42. The line image of a linear element that is irradiated with light at a section that is advanced along a plurality of lines 36 is detected. Then, a line element obtained by rotating the object byθ1 along the light axis of rays and a line element that is rotated in opposite direction are obtained and are subjected to operation processing, thus eliminating cloudiness due to the density change of the object. |
