PURPOSE:To enable to execute in a short time without the need for burying the sand cylinder using a silica sand of high purity by specifically forming the height from the lade bottom part face to the upper face of a flattened silica sand. As a result, in order to pour the molten steel received in the ladle subjected to sand packing a pouring nozzle port 1 opening and closing device is opened and the silica sand 2 of the nozzle port 1 can be discharged. The upper part of the silica sand 2 is sintered by the molten steel, but the sintered layer becomes in a thin plate shape. As a plate is weak at its strength compared to a spherical shell a plate like sintered layer is easily destroyed by the static pressure of the molten steel, so the natural opening is enabled. |
