PURPOSE:To prevent shortcircuiting to outside due to rusts even though flushing is carried out, by filling a straight line and a part with an insulating substance, wherein the straight line is passing the top surface of a case and in parallel with its bottom surface, and the part is bounded by this parallel line, the top surface of the case, the end face of an insulating ring, and the peripheral surfaces of a sealing plate. CONSTITUTION:A line l, which passes the top end of a case 1 and is in parallel with its bottom surface, and the part, which bounded by this parallel line l, the top surface of the case, the end face of an insulating ring 3, and the eccentric peripheral surfaces of a sealing plate 2, are filled with an insulative substance 4. Because the top surface of the case 1 is covered with insulative resin 4, rust generation will decrease, and no recess in the cell sealing part eliminates risk of water staying at the cell sealing part after flushing, which should prevent the rusts from being attached again. This allows safe flushing with water which does not cost much. |
