摘要 This device contains a detection section in which current signals (i) and voltage signals of the system are continuously monitored for the occurrence of a disturbance. When the disturbance occurs, the current signals (i) and voltage signals are stored in an event and the event is transferred into an evaluating unit. In this arrangement, the amount of data produced during the transfer is to be reduced. This is achieved by a processing unit provided in the detection section. From the current and voltage signals, this processing unit forms direct-current characteristics (e.g. I"K), which are of interest as event in the evaluation of the disturbance, by combining the signals in a process model (PM), frequency-shifting the combined signals to form direct-current signals, filtering alternating-current signals produced during this process, and arithmetic combination (AE) of the direct-current signals. <IMAGE>
