PURPOSE: To eliminate the refilling of nitrogen or the changing of pressure relaxor itself by forming a pressure absorbing chamber communicating with the small-diameter portion of an intermediate drawing tube arranged in cold or hot water supply conduit via a cell inducing passageway for cavitation cells. CONSTITUTION: A relaxor consists of an intermediate drawing tube 5 and a pressure absorbing chamber 6. The intermediate drawing tube 5 is contained in a straight tube 7. The pressure absorbing chamber 6 is arranged in the space between the inner periphery of the straight tube 7 and the outer periphery of the intermediate drawing tube 5. The internal diameter of the intermediate drawing tube 5 is drawn into a taper shape from the openings 5a, 5b at both ends of the tube to the center of the tube. An orifice-shaped cell inducing passageway 8 communicating the interior with the exterior is arranged in the drawn portion 5c having the smallest diameter. |
