<p>PURPOSE:To make one refreshed both mentally and physically, by basically circulating three different stages: an exercise stage by an input of an exercise detecting switch, a long breath stage by an input of a long breath detecting switch and a suggestion displaying stage. CONSTITUTION:A body and mind controller comprises an input means consisting of a long breath detecting switch 1 and an exercise detecting switch 2, and an image generating means 5 for alternatively executing a long breath stage 3 and an exercise stage 4. The long breath detecting switch 1 may be a microswitch with a long breath receptor or a condenser microphone for detecting a long breath. The exercise detecting switch 2 comprises a required number of mercury switches, which are attached to a body or clothes for widely detecting vertical movements of limbs, bending movements of a body, etc. A suggestion displaying stage 6 is provided after the long breath stage 3 for giving various images. An operator can select the duration time or the velocity of each stage. In the above manner, one's body and mind can be adequately controlled.</p> |
