发明名称 FOIL WOUND TRANSFORMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To largely improve insulating performance by composing to increase the width of the side end face of a winding of a columnar spacer larger than that of its center, and disposing the center of the spacer and a high voltage shield at an interval of 3-5mm or longer. CONSTITUTION:An electric field alleviating high voltage shield 6 is arranged at the end of a high voltage winding 5. The shape of the shield 6 is constructed to protrude from the end of a metal sheet 2 toward a yoke core and to protrude outside the winding. Columnar spacers 31 are arranged on the lower end or the upper and lower ends of the winding, and so constructed in shape that the width L1 of the winding side end face in the axial section of the spacer is larger than that L2 of the center, and so arranged that the interval (d) between the shield 6 and the side of the spacer 31 is 3-5mm or longer. Thus, it can prevent an electric field generated by the difference of the low permittivity of an insulating medium and the high permittivity of the spacer 31 from concentrating and also prevent a dielectric breakdown, thereby largely improving the insulation reliability of a foil wound transformer.
