PURPOSE:To suppress a change of a color developing soln. with the lapse of time by processing a silver halide color photographic sensitive material having a layer contg. at least one kind of specified two-equiv. yellow coupler with the color developing soln. contg. arom. prim. amine but not practically contg. sulfite ions. CONSTITUTION:A silver halide color photographic sensitive material having a layer contg. at least one kind of two-equiv. yellow coupler represented by formula I is processed with a color developing soln. contg. arom. prim. amine but not practically contg. sulfite ions. In formula I, R<1> is unsubstd. tert. alkyl or optionally substd. aryl, R<2> is halogen or alkoxy, R<3> is optionally substd. alkyl or optionally substd. aryl, Y1 is a bivalent combining group and X is a group releasable by coupling. Thus, the aging stability of the developing soln. not practically contg. sulfite ions is improved, the resulting photographic performance hardly undergoes a change and the color developability of the sensitive material is improved. |
