PURPOSE:To save the labor for inputting messages by registering or retrieving the messages with the message numbers used as keys respectively. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard 101 is provided together with an analyzing means, a message registering/retrieving means 103, a message file 1010, a message display means 106, a message correcting means 104, and a message transmitting means 107. The means 103 uses a message number obtained by the analyzing means as a key to register or retrieve a message. Then the means 103 holds the message having a request for registration and retrieves it to display the relevant for correction. Thus corrected message is transmitted. In such a way, a desired message is retrieved and display on a display device by inputting a corresponding message number by only. As a result the labor is saved for inputting messages. |
