<p>PURPOSE:To maintain a high frequency component to a low level by shifting the phase of the offset signal of the level of m/n (0<=m<n, m, n are integers) of the LSB level of an A/D converter from the phase of the sampling timing of the A/D converter and adding the offset signal to an input analog signal. CONSTITUTION:After the offset signal of the level of m/n of the LSB of the A/D converter 20 is added to the analog input signal, it is A/D converted, the phase of the added offset signal is shifted from the phase of the analog input signal for every scanning line, for every field, and at every frame by a phase delay circuit 22, A/D converted, and averaged. Thereby, a digital signal of higher accuracy than an accuracy at the time of separately using the A/D converter can be obtained without receiving an interference according to the offset signal and damaging the high frequency component of the frequency characteristic of an input signal.</p> |
