摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a defect of end faces and to prolong service life by regulating a thickness of a circumferential edge of a high alloy steel material of composite guide shoe to a specified thickness, to increase the thickness of the high alloy steel from a the circumferential edge part to a central part, and regulating the thickness of the central part of the high alloy steel material to a specified times the thickness of the circumferential edge. CONSTITUTION:The composite guide shoe consists of two layers of high alloy steel material having heat resistance and wear resistance and a common steel having strength and toughness, or tough materials such as low alloy steel or austenitic stainless steel, and has a uniform thickness. In this guide shoe, the circumferential edge thickness 9 of the high alloy steel material is made 2-10 mm, the thickness of the high alloy steel from the circumferential edge part to the central part is increased to make the thickness 10 of the central part of the high alloy steel to >=two times the thickness of circumferential thickness. In this way, the toughness of the circumferential edge of the guide shoe is improved and the defect of the circumferential edge is prevented.
