PURPOSE:To communicate with high degree of freedom without increasing communication data by combining relay communication and confidential communication in same kind of information format. CONSTITUTION:From a transmission station A, an information format (shown in figure) as well as an original signal is transmitted to a terminal station B. This information is generated in the station A based on a relay terminal/ confidential information table designated by a pointer from the telephone number table in the opposite station. The relay terminal station B generates the telephone number table of the opposite station. When the telephone numbers of terminal stations C1, C2 is identified by means of pointers to a telephone number directory, the station B is connected to the stations C1, C2 through the line, and the information format and an original-signal are transmitted to the stations C1, C2. In such a way, a confidential communication is executed amid a relay multiple address communication, hence a communication with high degree of freedom can be executed without increasing communication data.
