PURPOSE:To minimize damages to instruments related, a floor, etc. by arranging a low-friction, antifloating mechanism so that harmful vibrations are prevented from reaching a loading table by keeping a response acceleration and a displacement caused with an earthquake within allowable limits. CONSTITUTION:An inner frame 4 loaded with an instrument 5 carries the load by means of a caster 6 and is freely movable on a bottom plate 11 of an outer frame 1. Coil springs 7 arranged in a stretched condition at an approximately middle position of the inner frame 4 in the radial directions between the inner circumference of the outer frame 1 together with a damper 9 restrain a response acceleration and displacement at the time of an earthquake within ranges of allowance regardless of horizontal directions of vibrations. A caster 8 is also attached on a base table 41 of the inner frame 4 and is in contact with the underside of an antifloating plate 12 arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the outer frame 1. As a result, the inner frame 4 is prevented from floating and the entry of harmful vibrations through the antifloating plate 12 of the outer frame 1 can be minimized. |
