PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a tube material at the bending time and to improve the workability as well by performing a bending by feeding a tube material to a pressing mechanism with inserting a mandrel, then winding it in a specific pitch diameter. CONSTITUTION:A work is started by inserting the mandrel M fitted to a mandrel supporting rod to the stipulated position of a tube material T. The tube material T is press-fitted by a pair of pressing rubber rollers 31a, 31b provided on a bending device 10 and the rubber rollers 21a, 21b for driving. A coil like tube material T1 is then made by bending the tube material T by ascending a coil forming roller 52 and driving a driving clamp roller 41. With the device of this composition the product of excellent quality can be manufactured with good efficiency.
