PURPOSE:To improve utilization of seats by enabling a rotation of seats in boarding and alighting sides direction to be available when an ignition switch is not applied, or a shift position is parking or neutral in the case where the ignition switch is applied. CONSTITUTION:A rotative seat is provided to a supporting axis 1 sustaining seats S and S' on a vehicle floor F rotatively between the vehicle front direction and boarding and alighting sides direction, and a rotation of each seat S and S' is made by driving of a motor 4 controlled by control devices 6 and 6'. In this case, each output signal of a seated sensor 51, ignition switch 52, door sensor 53, and shift detecting device 54 is inputted into each control device 6 and 6'. And a constitution is made so that driving of the motor 4 is allowed when the ignition switch 52 is not applied, or the output of the detecting device 54 judges that a shift device is in parking or neutral position in the case where the ignition switch 52 is applied.
