<p>PURPOSE:To reduce necessity for individually forming a message definition body in accordance with the format of each user by using an existing message definition body to specify a slip format different from the definition. CONSTITUTION:A work processing part 14 specifies message data 6 to be outputted at the time of outputting a slip message and accesses an item group definition forming part 18 together with control information for specifying the item group of the message definition group to be used for edition and the number of moving lines every output of the item group. The forming part 18 reads out a necessary message definition body 7 based on the control information and transfers the definition body to an output processing part 15 as the definition body obtained by moving the specified item group definition by the specified number of moving lines. The output processing part 15 edits a message 6 by using the definition of the item groups successively transferred from the forming part 18 and outputs the edited message to an output device 3.</p> |
