PURPOSE:To attain the transmission of a high frequency by one coaxial cable by connecting a base terminal of a transistor (TR) and a resistor, an emitter of the TR and a base band branch output terminal and impressing a voltage from a terminal equipment to the collector of the TR. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency signal is sent from an input terminal 12 to an output terminal 13 in a base band video signal branch output branching device 10 and the signal does not almost pass the resistor 18 because the resistance of the resistor 18 is high. In outputting a base band signal from the branch output terminal 15, a collector voltage Vcc is impressed to a power supply terminal 14 and the terminal 15 is connected to a power supply interface so as to be connected to ground. Thus, the base impedance of the TR is higher viewed from a main line to extract the base band signal by means of the emitter follower in this way, no effect is given onto the main line and the same signal voltage as the main line is extracted at the branch output side.
