PURPOSE:To improve the response speed of remote batch processing to terminals by simultaneously executing plural remote batch processing program. CONSTITUTION:When a remote batch processing system 10 receives a connection request from a terminal 20a, a long-in processing means 3 executes connection processing of the terminal 20a, and after completing the connection of the terminal 20a, checks the property of the terminal 20a. A automatic selection means 4 selects a remote batch processing program (e.g. 5a) optimum to the terminal 20a in accordance with the property of the terminal 20a checked by the means 3 and its loading state and transfers the program 5a to a terminal path. The program 5a executes the remote batch processing requested from a terminal user.
