摘要 PURPOSE:To implement a demanded spark advance instruction value matching the demanded spark advance of an engine by making a further correction for a corrected spark advance in air-fuel ratio control depending upon the swirl and straight conditions of an intake air flow. CONSTITUTION:When an air flow is swirling and a swirl detecting device has detected that a variable swirl generation device M1 is in a straight condition, an ignition timing correction means 8f for swirl makes a further correction for a first correction quantity (angle of delay) from a first ignition timing correction means 8a. And an ignition means 5 makes a spark discharge with the angle of delay so re-corrected and reference ignition timing. Also, when the air flow is straight and the swirl detecting device has detected the swirl condition of the variable swirl generation device, the ignition timing correction means 8f for swirl makes a further correction for a second correction quantity (angle of delay) from the second ignition correction means 8b and a spark discharge is made with the ignition means 5 according to the angle of delay so re- corrected and the reference ignition timing.
