Cpds. of formula (I) and acid addn. salts are new. (where A=CO or SO2; B=a gp. of formula (II), (III) or (IV) when A=CO; (E=-CH2-, -CH2CH2- or -O-; E'=-CH2- or -CH2CH2-; the desired line is an opt. double bond; R1-R6 each=H or CH3; or B=1,2-phenylene when A=SO2; D=ethylene, ethylene or alkynylene; opt. OH substd. and n=0,1,or 2).
