发明名称 MAGNETIC BEARING FOR LINEAR MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize high speed linear motion in thin form, by a method wherein an opposite surface between magnets at primary yoke side and secondary yoke side to constitute a repulsion magnetic bearing is arranged slantwise with respect to a traveling surface of a traveler. CONSTITUTION:A linear pulse motor comprises a traveler 1 and a stator 9, and the traveler 1 is provided with a drive magnet 5 and a primary yoke 6, and the stator 9 is provided with a secondary yoke 4, a flat coil 2 supported by a coil pusher 8, and a magnetic sensor 3. In this case, magnets 11a, 11b and magnets 12a, 12b in pairs respectively are arranged on both ends of the stator 9 and on both ends of the traveler 1 and slanted with respect to a traveling surface of the traveler 1a. Respective pair magnets (11a to 12a, 11b to 12b) are magnetized and arranged so as to repulse each other. In this constitution, since the bearing is of non-contact type, lubrication is unnecessary and slide resistance becomes negligibly small.
