PURPOSE:To improve the margin of a pulse amplitude against malfunction by setting a comparison voltage of a switch circuit with a prescribed potential from a bias voltage at an input terminal and switching the voltage in opposite direction to that of the bias voltage of the input terminal. CONSTITUTION:With a transistor (TR) 7 turned on, a bias voltage at a terminal 2 is VS-L, a TR 12 is turned on and a TR 13 is turned off. Thus, a TR 28 is turned on and a TR 16 is turned off, a bias voltage VR-H is given to a terminal 19 and a bias voltage VT-L is given to a terminal 34. With the TR 7 turned off conversely, the bias voltage at the terminal 2 is VS-H. With VS-H>VR-H, the TRs 13, 16 are turned on, the TRs 12, 28 are turned off and a bias voltage of VR-L and VT-H is given respectively to the terminals 19, 34 respectively. Even with VS-H<VR-H however, the TR 12 is turned on at the moment of VS-H>VR-H for the pulse amplitude inputted to the terminal 3. Thus, the accuracy of the switching level copes with the desired input.
