发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FLUORESCENT LAMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce an alumina protection film of low cost and high quality on the inside surface of a glass tube by using aluminum salt turned to aluminum oxide by heat decomposition when the alumina protection film is produced on the inside surface of the glass bulb. CONSTITUTION:A solution of aluminum salt (e.g. aluminum chloride solution) turn to aluminum oxide (Al2O3) by heat decomposition is sprayed on the inside surface of a tube with a sprayer. The aluminum salt solution sprayed from the nozzle of the sprayer is heated and oxidized in the glass bulb by the carrier gas such as air or oxygen, so that a high quality protection film of alumina can be produced on the inside surface of the glass bulb. Thereby the alumina protection film of uniform and high quality, which was not obtained conventionally, can be produced in a short time, and the production with a low cost manufacturing device can be performed for the sake of the procedure spraying aluminum salt solution.
