PURPOSE:To process a document with high efficiency without enlarging a memory by changing over and setting a data transfer means so as to develop corresponding to a selection input according to the selection input. CONSTITUTION:In a recording processing, a recording form is selected and set according to the input of an input means 40. Document information 110 relating to a recording is developed to a recording area corresponding to the recording form through the data transfer means 120 based on the setting of the recording form before it is transferred to a recording control means 100. Namely, the development of the data is changed corresponding to the recording form, thereby, the recording in a desired recording form is carried out by a common processing thereafter.
