<p>A flexible, theftproof and reusable bag is proposed, the handle of which serves for carrying, opening and closing the bag. In one embodiment, the entire bag is made of a one-piece web of flexible plastic material. To the web is attached an adhesive element to make available a separable seam connection to the closed end of the bag. A loop handle which is integral with the seam is provided with a weak zone which can be torn open to form two separate handle parts which are detachably connected along the seam connection. The handle parts can be drawn apart to open the seam connection and to make the goods disposed in the bag accessible. In the second embodiment, the bag is produced from two webs: one web from which the bag sections and the seam are formed and one web from which the loop handle is formed. The seam is provided with a weak zone. The loop handle is attached to the seam and provided with a weak zone which can be torn open to form two separate handle parts. The handle parts are detachably connected to one another with the use of interacting parts and can be drawn apart to release the connection effected by the interacting parts.
