PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration in a peeling property of the film due to heating in a presence of water, at the time of adding a metallic salt which is hardly soluble to water to a photosensitive material by incorporating more than the prescribed amount of a hardener per the total amount of a binder capable of cross-linking by reacting it with the hardener to the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material contains >=0.1wt%, preferably 1-10wt% the hardener per the total amount of the binder capable of cross-linking by reacting it with the hardener contd. in the photosensitive material. If the photosensitive material contains <0.1wt% the hardener, the film dissolves while processing or makes too weak in the film strength, thereby being the tendency for generating a flaw. When the photosensitive material contains >10wt% of the hardener, as the film hardly absorbs water, the processing period becomes long and the necessary water is not absorbed to the film, thereby generating an uneveness of the development or the transcription. Thus, even if in case of adding the metallic salt which is hardly soluble to water to the photosensitive material to produce an alkaline metal, the deterioration of the peeling property of the film due to heating in the presence of water may be prevented. |
