PURPOSE:To remove a magnetic body in capsule toner from on recording paper in a fixing process and to obtain sharp color record by providing a magnet so as to recover the magnetic body in capsule toner fixed on the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Capsule toner 10 transferred onto the recording paper is collapsed by pressure rollers 21 and 22 and fixed preliminarily and a coloring agent and a binder 10a stick and penetrates the recording paper 5, so that the magnetic body 10b and an outer shell 10c are left on the recording paper. When the recording paper passes between a magnet roller 23 which incorporates a heater 25 and a roller 34, magnetic bodies at the outside of shells and magnetic bodies 10b' is shells stick on the surface of the magnet roller by the magnetic force of the magnet roller and are swept and recovered by a blade 26. At the same time, the coloring agent and binder 10a' are fixed completely by the heat of the heater 25.
