PURPOSE:To easily estimate the formability without performing the actual forming of a press die by drawing by arranging a metal made mesh-like member between the upper and lower drawing dies for study and by observing the variation of mesh-like grid. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower drawing dies 10, 11 for study and a blank holder part 13 are made with plaster, and a resin is coated on the surface. The drawing is performed by the upper drawing die 11 by placing the blank holder part 13 on this drawing die 10 by placing the metal made mesh-like member 12 of stainless steel, copper, etc., thereon. The mesh-like member 12 has about 0.47mm blank diameter and 2mm mesh, so the formability can be easily estimated without performing the actual press die forming and the production of the actual press die becomes simple.
