PURPOSE:To improve the frequency characteristic at a wide band by inserting and connecting a circuit matching capacitor between a lead of a transistor (TR) and a circuit earth base so as to decrease the inductance. CONSTITUTION:A flat capacitor 1 for circuit matching is inserted and connected so as to be clipped directly between a base lead 3 of a high frequency high output TR 2 and the circuit earth base 8. Thus, the capacitor 1 is approached effectively to a package of the TR 2, then the inductance of the base lead 3 is decreased. Since no through hole is used for the earth connection of the capacitor 1, a parasitic inductance is decreased, resulting that the circuit constitution with broad band and excellent frequency characteristics is obtained.
