PURPOSE:To decrease a switching loss by bypassing the current flowing from a resonant stable inductor to switching elements into a voltage resonant mode block of a voltage current resonance circuit. CONSTITUTION:The series circuit of a resonant stable inductor 4 and a switching element 5 are connected to a DC power source 8, while the series circuit of a resonant inductor 1 and a resonant condenser 2 as well as a resonant condenser 3 are connected in parallel with the resonant stable inductor 4. A bypass circuit II bypasses a current flowing from the resonant stable inductor 4 to a switching element 5 into the voltage resonant mode block of a voltage-current resonance circuit. Consequently, when the voltage is applied to the switching element 5 by a voltage resonance, no current flows to the switching element 5.
