PURPOSE:To simplify assembly caulking the edge part on the side where the washer of a roller sleeve inserted into a rubber roller is installed and press- attaching the rubber roller. CONSTITUTION:A roller body 5 consists of a cylindrical rubber roller 6 and a roller sleeve 7 for holding the rubber roller 6. The roller sleeve 7 is inserted into the rubber roller 6, and each ring-shaped washer 9 is inserted into the both edges of the rubber roller 6, and the both edges of the roller sleeve 7 are caulked. Therefore, the rubber roller and the roller sleeve can be assembled certainly without using an insertion mold.
