PURPOSE:To improve memory using efficiency by localizing and arranging overlappingly the area concerning respective processes on a main memory device and shifting the area concerning respective processes accompanying the proceeding of a process processing toward the unused area of the main memory device. CONSTITUTION:Processes A, B and C are not respectively dispersed, localized at one place, the area is set, and for example, areas 3, 4 and 5 of a process B are overlapped with parts 3 and 5 of the area of an adjoining process A and process C near the border. The location of respective working setting areas is determined by the reference value and the address width. The reference value is an actual address value to designate the center of a working setting area and the reference value of the working setting area of processes A and B comes to be (a) and (b). The address width is equivalent to Wa and Wb. As the process is proceeded, respective working setting areas are shifted to the unused area. Thus, the using efficiency of the memory is improved.
