A plastic container made of polypropylene PPU 1080 S1 which is heat-resistant for a short time up to +140 DEG C and cold-resistant down to -40 DEG C, in the construction described below for fully automatic machine manufacture as a self-heating and/or self cooling package for vacuum-packaged ready meals. The construction to be patented: Bottom tray 2 mm thick with reinforced walls (item 10) for receiving the reaction component A, having a peripheral resting edge (item 9) for visually controlled automatic resting and ultrasonic welding of the closure film with an incorporated tear-off device and tearing cord. Continuously rising container wall 2 mm for receiving the reaction component B, the latter resting freely on the upper side of the welded-in separation film (item 8) up to the closure resting edge (item 6). Further-rising conical container wall 74-90 mm high for automatic inclusion by machine of a CU closure basket which encloses the reaction components in a manner suitable for dispatch.
